Course Description:

Introduction

First aid & CPR is the provision of initial care for an illness or injury. It is usually performed by non-expert personnel, but trained personnel can provide first-level care at the initial level to any sick or injured person until definitive medical treatment can be accessed. Some of the major objectives of first aid and CPR are to save lives and provide relief on an immediate basis. It also prevents harm and promotes recovery from the dangerous conditions.

This training workshop is based on practical exercises, and our objective is to develop the first aid practices with CPR for any human being. Major objectives of this workshop are that participants can learn first aid techniques through practical approaches and understand, if any real-time situation arises, how he/she can help others. The workshop also covered wounds, burns, electrical shock, or any poisonous reptile bite, so in this situation, how can you save the life of a human? Further, if someone becomes seriously injured and you do not have any sufficient medical treatment, then how can you treat the injured person at the initial level and save his or her life in any miserable situation? Thus! First Aid & CPR is the most fundamental requirement for everyone, because nobody knows when and where any unwanted situation will occur, and if you don't know about the saving techniques, then maybe you will lose your loved ones.

She is awarded with SDG advocate and practitioner 2022. Women Empowerment Nominee 2021 and 2022. she has a enriched experience working as a community health nurse, M&E administrator role, policy developer, ISO 2015 quality assurance audit competency, course designing motivational speaker, master trainer in SRHR, family planning, parents role and relationship, project consultancy, she is bringing her diversified experience from National and International organization.

Naurin is active social activist in the community to assist students in career for identifying better scholarships, accommodation, patient welfare, event organizer for arranging health camps and health awareness workshops, MHM, Child and Adolescent wellbeing, School health Safety and wellbeing, outbreaks, Immunization, HIV Burden Diseases and Mental Hygiene, in the vulnerable community Across Pakistan. where her picky area of interest to work as social activist to do advocacy in Maternal and children, adolescent, and trans genders and to work with Minority groups of Community, however she has published more than 7publications in National and International journals. Former health migration nurse at United Nations IOM and visiting faculty of nursing at multiple private hospital settings, teaching professional, graduate paramedical, Allied health community midwifery and public health courses, likewise she is working as Nurse Consultant as national and international sides on capacity building for midwives, nurses ,Allied health workers and ministry workers In addition she is Representative as nurse lead in AKU alumni and supporting UN models online international level where else she is working as volunteer Diplomatic fellow in maternal crisis readiness ,preparedness and policy development in remote areas by UN women, ECOWAS ,African Union and united nations.
