The ISO 22000 family of International Standards addresses food safety management.
Food safety management systems (FSMS) are intended to provide organizations with the elements of an effective food safety system in order to achieve the best practices in food safety and to maintain economic goals. The intention is that these systems may be integrated with other management requirements such as those for quality and the environment. The system upon which this Course is based is the ISO 22000:2005; Food Safety Management Systems – Requirements for any organization in the food chain. This Standard has been developed in response to customer demands for a recognizable Standard against which an FSMS can be audited, conducted and the organization certificated.
The consequences of unsafe food can be serious and ISO’s food safety management standards help organizations identify and control food safety hazards. As many of today's food products repeatedly cross national boundaries, International Standards are needed to ensure the safety of the global food supply chain.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) aims to promote the development of standardization and related world activities to facilitate the international exchange of goods and services. ISO is comprised of 161 countries members. ISO 22000 training in Pakistan program will give comprehensive details of each clause part of the standard. The Training methodology covers real-time scenarios with real-time examples and our trainers are highly specialized in their fields. The methodology involves taking the participants in real-time scenarios and defining a project to implement these standards at any organization. After completing this course, participants are eligible to implement the system and enable the organization to audit the ISO 9001:2022 Standards.
